The journal addresses regulatory issues on poverty, hunger, health, education, gender, water, energy, and economic growth. JSDERIÂ also welcomes legal research in environment (waste, air, and soil pollution), rural planning, urban planning, regional economics, enforcement methods, government tort liability, freedom of information, state finance, and legal justice.
