Focus and Scope

The Journal of Sustainable Development and Environmental Regulation Issues (JSDERI) seeks to provide an international academic platform for cross-border legal research within the field of sustainable development. It aims to offer a comprehensive analysis of regulatory frameworks from diverse perspectives, with particular emphasis on the challenges faced by developing countries.

JSDERI addresses regulatory issues related to sustainable development across global, regional, national, and local levels. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics, including but not limited to, poverty, hunger, healthcare, education, gender equality, water management, energy sustainability, economic growth, and legal justice.
