Journal of Sustainable Development and Regulatory Issues (JSDERI) is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Lembaga Contrarius Indonesia. It constitutes three issues in one year (January, May, and September). It serves as an international academic forum for cross-border legal research in sustainable development studies. It pays close attention to the context of developing countries.
JSDERIÂ covers regulatory issues on poverty, hunger, health, education, gender, water, energy, and economic growth at global, national, regional, and local levels. In addition, JSDERI also addresses legal research in environmental, waste, air, and soil pollution, rural planning, urban planning, regional economics, enforcement methods, government tort liability, freedom of information, state finance, and legal justice.
The journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars in related disciplines. Novelty and recency of issues are the priorities in publishing. If the submitted manuscript does not adhere to the guidelines or uses a different format, it might be considered unsuitable and rejected before further review. Submissions must be made through the OJS system.
