When authors submit an article to Contrarius, it is understood that

• The work has not been previously published, except as a preprint, abstract, published lecture, academic thesis, or registered report.
• The article is not being considered for publication by another journal.
• All authors, along with the relevant authorities at the institution where the work was conducted, have approved the submission.

If accepted, the article will not be published elsewhere in the same form, whether in English or another language, including electronic formats, without written permission from the copyright holder.
